ilearn is a full-featured, SCORM compliant, Learning Management System (LMS), capable of supporting up to 50,000 employees per organization. ilearn has a full suite of reporting and calendaring tools not found in LMS's costing 5 times as much.

isite, a content management system, allows dem's clients to fully manage and maintain all the content of their websites through a simple web interface. Various customized modules allowed companies of all types to take advantage of rapid deployment of web content, no matter what format the content. Currently the isite technology allows over 35 clients to manage in excess of 5000 webpages of completely dynamic content.

xtranet. while originally developed to fulfill the needs of a virtual office for one client, has grown into a feature rich application in its own right, storing documents, customer contact information - all fully searchable - and implementing multi-tier role based security.

irate - a tongue-in-cheek reference to the frustration of one client trying to assess global training needs for over 400 employees. irate is a fully customizable survey, training needs analysis and post-training evaluation tool.
